When the home inspector alerted me to the need for drainage I had no idea what the scope of a drainage project would entail. Thankfully Rich takes the time to educate clients in person and he provides a thorough estimate to refer back to project specifics. Other contractors I got estimates from did not even bother to take measurements or note project details on the bid. During the project Alberto (the foreman) and crew were great! The crew started work on time each day, kept the job site as tidy as possible and worked tirelessly to keep the project duration to plan. Communication throughout the 6-week project with Rich and Alberto was solid. This review is for a project completed in June 2016. I was so pleased with my experience that I'm hiring Drainage Pros for another project today which reminded me to post kudos about the last project.

Our experience with Rich and Drainage Pros was superior from start to finish. Our neighborhood in downtown Walnut Creek is notorious for poor drainage. I finally pulled the trigger after years of minor floods, leakage and failing sump pumps. From Rich's first visit, it was evident that he knew exactly what he was talking about. With zero evidence of any prior rain, he pointed out exactly where he thought the rain pooled and where it was likely entering under our house - and nailed it. The actual work phase of the project was executed in a timely and professional manner, on time and on budget. I'm glad I waited almost two months to write this review as we just completed a record rainstorm in the Bay Area and not a drop appeared where it had for so many years. I would highly recommend Rich and his crew - top notch work - top notch service!

My husband and I had a room we were counting on for an office and during the big rain last year it flooded. We were pretty sure that we wouldn't be able to ever use the space because the cost of fixing the drainage problem wouldn't have been an appropriate expenditure. Rich came over and had a different plan, to get what we needed done and not have to "do everything" to have a good dry solution. We were thrilled. He is so knowledgeable and efficient, his crews were neat and the work was done exactly when he scheduled it and came in on time. They were lovely to work with he helped move the dirt where we could use it for landscaping. We'd hire him again in a minute and have referred him to our friends.

I had an existing sump pump at my home in Vacaville that was failing. I looked on line for help and found Drainage Pros. I called and talked to Rich and he and his crew came out the next day to evaluate it and replaced it on the spot with a better one. With all of the rain that we had recently, it worked like a Swiss Clock, without any problems at all. Thanks to Rich and his crew at Drainage Pros. Awesome job and fast work!!

We required drainage around our entire house. In order to excavate and lay the drainage pipe our front and rear decks had to be dismantled. This was done board by board. The boards were numbered and when the job was done all were meticulously put back in the correct order. You'd never know the decks were dismantled. Some of a cement patio had to be removed. Good as new now. The men came on time, the job was done in the time estimated. The place was cleaned up daily. All we have to do now is wait for the winter rains to be sure all is working as guaranteed. If it doesn't work, I will let you know.
