We offer qualified San Francisco Bay Area drainage Clients our 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee. This unique Guarantee is available to many of our Clients who select Drainage Pros to install a comprehensive and complete surface or subsurface drainage system around their home or business. Our Drainage Pros Proposal will state in writing whether your Project qualifies for the 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee or not. A Drainage Pros Proposal shall become a Contract only after being signed by both Drainage Pros and the Owner. The 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee period starts upon the completion date as listed in our Contract. In the extremely rare event (once in the last ten years) that a Client has standing water (puddling) where we have guaranteed it not to be, Drainage Pros shall at its own discretion and timing repair any standing water correction in the most effective way that Drainage Pros deems best for eliminating the standing water problem from a lower living area, basement, crawlspace, or other areas being protected. This Guarantee may be revised, updated or amended at anytime by Drainage Pros and or its' Representatives. Any revision, update or amendment will not affect a previously signed Contract with a Guarantee during its' current coverage period.

Drainage Pros 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee - Continued

 

EXTENDABLE & TRANSFERABLE – This Guarantee may be extended by both parties with a mutually signed agreement for an additional 5 years for only $3,485.00 anytime before the elapsing of the initial 5 year term. This Drainage Pros Guarantee offer elapses on the 5 year anniversary date of the End Date as listed in the Original Contract. Any future 5 year extensions beyond the first one are subject to change without prior notice and shall be priced at the current rate on the date of renewal. The Guarantee, provided still covered, is completely transferable to another Owner if and when you want to sell your home. This Guarantee is transferable to another Owner at no charge if completed within 6 months of the end of the Project. The cost for the transfer after this period is only $985.00 after a successful free Site Evaluation has been made by a Drainage Pros Technician or Representative . EXCLUSIONS & EXCEPTIONS – Our 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee does not cover any of the following unless included within our Contract with you; the electrical system or any of it's components, the regular maintenance of your new subsurface drainage system or the cleaning, servicing, repairing or replacement of any of your new subsurface drainage system's mechanical devices. Mechanical devices include but are not limited to your sump pump, a back up pump, floats and or float switches and or high water alarms to mention a few. Damages to the surface or subsurface drainage system caused by Anyone* (SEE NOTE BELOW) penetrating the surface or subsurface drainage system or any of the components that make up your drainage system will void your 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee. We recommend that you call Drainage Pros and have us perform a Project walk through with you and any Contractor or workman prior to any work being performed on or around your new subsurface drainage system or you could VOID your 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee. There is no charge for the initial Project walk through but there is a fee of $465.00 for subsequent visits. Also, though it is very rare, the 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee doesn't cover any water that may be coming from City or County utilities or municipalities providing services to the neighborhood or surrounding communities, ground water that may come up under a residence or business naturally from an underground spring, high water tables from underground aquifers or tidal locations, from seeping under or along side deep foundation piers or through faulty, cracked or failed existing slab floors or seeping along or through any existing pipes that may be unknown and or underground. 

 

*NOTE – Anyone shall be defined as anybody who is not employed by Drainage Pros. Anyone also includes but is not limited to the actual Owners, their families or their pets, friends or any of their workmen whether licensed or not who are allowed any access and may or may not have performed any work or maintenance onsite. It also includes but is not limited to any tenants, vehicles or equipment, vandals, City, County, State or Federal workers or Anyone who comes onto your property whether to do work for you or not, whether invited by you the Owner or not. If Anyone damages in anyway the existing drainage system that Drainage Pros previously installed, Drainage Pros will not be liable for any repairs required under our 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee. Anyone also includes but is not limited to any random Acts of God, et al. This 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee may be revised, updated or amended at anytime by Drainage Pros or its representatives. Any revision, update or amendment will not affect a signed Contract with a previous 5 Year No Standing Water Guarantee.
